I preordered a solo in November. It worked fine at first. Then the sound stopped working. It would only work without headphones . If we’d try it with headphones , the sound wouldn’t work, and then when we unplugged the headphones it would still think they were in and not work until we restarted.
I contacted 24Six and they sent me a new device.
Less than a week in we’re having the same issue. We’ve tried three different headphones including the one they sent us. Anyone else having this issue?
