Anyone else have Hello mobile and it's not working??

As of last night, service not working for calls.
Can't send or receive phone calls.
Texting works sporadically.
My plan is paid up to date.
All of their phone numbers are out of service.
Help!

So it seems like Hello Mobile has been taken over by Liberty Wireless. Their plans work a little differently though. Only found this out because my daughters phone literally hung up mid conversation and she couldn't make or receive any more calls, only text. When we finally figured it out it was because the new plan only has 1000 minutes instead of unlimited and we had used up minutes. Need to look for a new cheap plan now. I was I only paying $5 but Liberty doesn't offer that with data. If anyone has ideas please share.

The number for Liberty Wireless is 1877-304-9183. Call them if you are still having problems

I have two lines on hello mobile. About two months ago they sent us new sim cards that thad to be updated. We got multiple text reminders about it. Did you get that?

our phones stopped working tonight. I cannot log in to my account. I tried calling the company and says phone number doesn't work.
anyone know if the company shut down?

Oh is that why I cant reach my family member? She has hello mobile and When I try to call its not going thru at all. Not even to voicemail. Just disconnecting tight away. Is that whats happening with your phones?

The company does not exist anymore. You need to get in touch with Liberty Wireless who took them over. I've heard that people have had a very hard time getting through to them though

Also I see I haven't paid anyone this month. But I have no idea who/how to pay! I didn't get any email and I have no idea what service I have. I think liberty wireless but I have no way to log in to their website. There's no way to sign up just log in. But I never signed up so anything I'm trying is not working.

Yes, me!!! I tried going to a phone store to change plans since this is crazy. I was told if I want to keep my number, I first have to call liberty wireless to get a transfer code/pin but it’s impossible to get through to them.
