No why would you? Just follow up with gi during pregnancy.

Ok. My gi was fine without. If someone is flaring etc pls dont get pregnant.

If you are having treatment it should be discussed with Speacialist as it may transfer to baby. Also the pregnancy may cause flare up so be cautious & in the right practice.
