Looking for ideas:
Somewhere warm but not far. Not expensive. Access to Kosher foods and a few nice attractions. For a short vacation.
If it's a driveable distance from ny would be even more enticing. Up to 10 hrs..

No kosher food or Frum people in Myrtle Beach. (Maybe one pita place if it’s still around?)

Following! I was thinking Atlanta but then we’d have to fly…

I don't know of anywhere that is within a 10 hour drive of NY that is warm this time of year.

Think about it: Miami is a 19-hour drive, so you're talking about half the distance to Miami. That can get you as far south as Charlotte, NC. It's in the 40s there next week.

I recommend against Myrtle Beach personally - it's very run down and trashy. Like DrMom said nothing warm that is within 10 hours of NY driving. Even Atlanta/Savannah/etc is on the cooler side right now - 30s-40s in Atlanta this week.

Maybe somewhere on the Gulf Coast? New Orleans? Is that too far?

If you do decide to fly, it's only two hours from NYC to Bermuda...just saying...

Ok, thanks! Good points!
So if I do fly, is Miami the best option?

Atlanta is great but it’s not warm this time of year. I went for Yeshiva week 2 years ago and it was quite chilly

OP: Bahamas, Cancun, Puerto Rico, Panama
Are your best options in terms of warm
Weather and kosher food.

If you fly, you obviously have many more choices.

You can Google the weather forecast for any place in the world, you know.

What kosher food is there in Puerto Rico? Anything besides the chabad?

If you do decide to fly,
My friend is going again this year to the kosher resorts in Casa Grand Arizona, she swears by that place 'how relaxing the air is' it became a picked up vacation spot for people that want something other than Florida and beaches, I'm thinking of doing it as well, rainy weathers are rare there which is good because I like to plan ahead if I do not have to worry about the weather.
According to my research they do have 'some' food options, and she also did a Barbecue so I'm not worried

I was there 10+years ago. There is a Wal mart with all American products like almond milk, canned vegetables, packaged bread and crackers, snacks, etc. They had brands like Pepperidge Farm. Thomas's bagels , etc.

Walmart Supercenter
https://g.co/kgs/qTMBhvD
You can browse and see what they have.

We bought a big bowl and knife and disposables and made big fresh salads every day and brought proteins with us (vacuum packed deli, frozen cooked chicken and meatballs, tuna packets etc)
You could order some stuff from Chabad if you don't want to bring everything but you wouldn't be confined to their food for 3 meals a day.
