Anyone have good recommendations for tampons while working out.

This is sick but im in so much pain and I worked out for less than 10 minutes. I started this workout https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzqexC11dEM
Is this normal? I don't think im so rusty, like ive done workouts here and there
I literally cannot bend down and every time I sit down or stand up I feel like crying
