Im eating up the whole fridge and pantry...

Comes night, I sit on imamother and don't stop eating. I love to eat. I'm gaining so much weight it's not funny

Today

3 apples
Cucmber with eggplant dip
Olives
Pack of pistachio nuts
Clementine
Almonds

What else could fit?

If it makes you feel any better, it sounds like you are going for the healthy food options, as opposed to ice cream and cookies and such.

If it bothers you, have you considered having gum, mints or sucking candies instead? How about air popped popcorn? Also, yummy hot drinks can slow you down too, while you still feel like you are eating/drinking something.

Just wondering based off the snack you chose, are you eating any carbs during the day? If you’re mainly sticking to fruits and veggies and even a couple proteins it might be hard for you to stay full.
Maybe have some Ezekiel bread with your dinner? Could help fill you longer

No carbs during day except for 1 bowl of fiber 1 cereal which is a must for me per my doc for constipation. 1 fruit during day. Rest is protein and vegetables

There’s nothing wrong with any of those. They’re all healthy.
If you’re gaining weight there’s got to be other stuff you’re eating.

To the contrary, it’s carbs that cause hunger and cravings, not proteins and veggies.

You are going to probably need some more carbs to help you stay full. Maybe speak with a nutritionist to discuss healthy carbs and when to eat them so you’re not constantly feeling hungry?

If I don't eat a little rice and a lot of green beans with my chicken for lunch or dinner, I stay ravenous

Maybe more cooked vegetables will help you feel fuller, but in general when off carbs you will never feel stuffed, just not starving. I had GD one pregnancy and I was always hungry…for months.

Also nuts are pretty high calorie, that may explain the weight.

You sound like you have disordered eating. Get some help. How much do you weigh? And how much did you gain?? Is that really all you ate all day? That is not much food.

I make my chicken with olive oil and spices. The green beans are also roasted with grapeseed oil and teriyaki sauce. I also am not on a diet and eat other foods. The point was that I need a carb in addition to protein and veggies to feel satisfied

Wow. My post would look a LOT different. If I say I ate up the whole fridge and pantry, it means I ate up the WHOLE fridge and pantry.
