Anyone have ideas for a fish dish for 2 ppl for shabbos??? It's waste to make a whole gefilte fish and we're tiered on tuna burgers..

If you want to make gefilteh, you can always cut the roll into smaller sizes. I still do that sometimes. You can buy salmon fillet (or any other fillet) and bake it with any sauce.

Buy fresh salmon and cook it in a spicy sauce.

I make fish for just dh and I. I make sweet n sour salmon and a roll of gefilte

I freeze gefilte fish into 2 person potions after I cook it.

other things I make:
baked trout (it's frozen whole but super B"H it's already cleaned out, ew)
salmon (if a big piece I freeze after cooking)
buy 2 filets of any kind of fish from the store, I bread n bake
