Even wealthy people are doing lab these days.
There's no reason not to. The quality is the same and they are just like real. I consider them real. Cz is fake but lab are real and beautiful.
Everyone's rings are getting bigger because it's affordable. Get whatever makes you happy and don't worry about what people will think.
I wear a 3 carat and it looks great. Not too big. I'm tall though.

I have a 2.23 lab grown. I had the option of taking 3-3.5 square. I regret it. I just got mine so not switching so fast. I'm not tall and could've handled bigger regardless. I say go for the bigger one.

I would assume OPs happiness is based entirely on what other people think.
Otherwise she would wear her ring at home only.
