My four year old daughter (who is working on wiping after peeing) starting really complaining about burning since yesterday.
she's also been extra fatigued.
I couldn't get her to the pediatrician today, and the lab is only open Sunday (we are in EY)- if I have antibiotics in the house (powder form) can I give it to her already- because she's presenting exactly like I do with a UTI.
She's been in a lot of pain and I feel so bad to not give her anything until I get an official diagnosis.
Any advice would be appreciated.

What antibiotic do you have at home?
Firstly, you need to make sure it will actually be appropriate treatment for a UTI.
Also, make sure you get a clean catch urine sample before you give any meds because otherwise they won’t get an accurate result.
I would call her doctor to discuss

not all antibiotics work with UTI.
you can try go into your clinic tomorrow if they have a nurse in and ask if they can do a stick test. I dont know if they are allowed to do it without a drs hafnaya - if there is a dr on site he can do it straight away.
It gives a basic reading immediately if there is a suspected UTI.
it could also be your dr can give you a perscription for antibiotics according to symptoms if he is working on Friday.
My dr gives it to me for myself but says if I can to wait for the sample
