Which products do you use?
Do you 'reculture to see if it cleared?

I don’t know much about alternative treatments, just letting you know that I work in dialysis and I have a few patients whose kidney failure is due to untreated strep.
Not telling you how to treat, but putting that information out there

Yes, but under a doctor's guidance. I wouldn't just skip antibiotics for a serious infection without having a solid treatment plan in place, which would include guidance from a qualified practitioner.

My son got psoriasis from untreated strep(I didn't know he had strep!)
I don't advise it! The consequences of not treating can be much worse than a round of antibiotics!

I have seen plenty of strep treated wonderfully through homeopathy.

Homeopathyhelpnow.com offers subsidized acute consultations. Antibiotics are really intense and too much can really affect children.

She's not leaving it untreated, she just wants to treat with something other than antibiotics

There are some great products here. But I think that trying to treat this without guidance from someone knowledgeable (about the products, but more importantly the patient) is a mistake. It's not a one size fits all kind of thing.

Homeopathy can work, but the risks outweigh the benefits for strep. A round of antibiotics isn't that intense. Lifelong complications however is extremely intense.

Just like antibiotics isn't the answer to everything, neither is homeopathy. The key is knowing when to use which. For strep, antibiotics wins over homeopathy.

I have dead family members do to undiagnosed strep and others with life long medical complications from misdiagnoses.
Hashem gave us antibiotics for a reason there is a time and place for it.
I do use natural methods preventativly for strep and in combo with antibiotics but never intentionally treat strep without antibiotics

My kids get recurrent strep up to the age of 12. I treat when I know they have it but many times it goes undetected.

Those treatments have a higher chance of failure. So while it may initially look like it was treated successfully, one may not have awareness that it wasn't. By the time it will become aware, it may be too late to turn back the clock.

Sure, when you're using them DIY style. With guidance from a knowledgeable practitioner who is actually treating the patient, not just shooting off a list of homeopathic and herbs you can try, the success rate is excellent.

I do appreciate all responses and perspectives! For those saying it's not worth the risk, is it also true if I reculture and it comes back negative? Or that isn't reliable?
I've just treated my child with antibiotics and he's having symptoms again...

Still has a lower success rate than antibiotics. Its just not worth the risk of lifelong complications. Hi

In my personal experience antibiotics is the way to go. I get very intense strep throat infections every year or so, natural remedies do nothing for my besides prolong the agony.

For reference I rarely use antibiotics for anything else.

Yes sometimes one 10-day round is not enough.

mind explaining further?
Is pandas caused by untreated strep?
By me it's quite the opposite. Since my dc had pandas and was constantly testing positive with antibiotics that's when I started looking into other healing methods.
