Why is it more justified? Because you like it better? IMHO it's pathetic that ppl spend so much money on "trendy" food. And then many cry they have no money to pay their bills

No, because meat is more expensive, more substantial, more filling than donuts.

And it costs way more too. You can be overpaying the same amount on donuts as you are for the meat board. The amount ppl will pay for trendy food today is ridiculous.

What makes her dishonest? That she didn't tell me in advance of the purchase that her sheitels are garbage and will fall apart within 6 months? That when I noticed the beginning of a bald spot upon a wash and set after 6 weeks, she told me women pluck hair out of the part to make it look more natural? That everything she sells (wig, headgrip, Styrofoam head) is at a super inflated price from wholesale cost? (In fact by 4-1/2 months, the sheitel was really balding... I had job interviews and I would pray to Hashem that at least for the interview it appear decent to the interviewer -- just like Hashem told the meraglim who said they were like grasshoppers -- "Could you possibly know how I made you appear in their eyes? How do you know but that in their eyes you were like angels?")
Realistically, do you know how much it costs to go to Beis Din? Minimum $350 to send a Beis Din hazmana. Then you have to pay the dayanim $350 an hour. Calculate the minimum 3 hours. We're already at $1,400. Rather, the experience motivated me to learn the hair business, to really delve into it in every aspect. I found the manufacturer of this very wig in China and the wholesale cost is around $450-$500 (lace top, European human virgin hair -- supposedly.) You tell me, which makes more sense to spend on? Not that I would even want such a piece of garbage again! Sometimes it's best not to waste your energy chasing after "bad" money.

We're talking about the extra cost of luxury meat vs meat, and the luxury donuts vs donuts
There is no one thing that is more "worthwhile" to splurge on - it's all subjective in the end of the day, it's a question of what's worthwhile to you?
