It used to be such a popular option for frum girls to get their degree. Maalot was affiliated with them. I see they are still up and running but I haven't heard of anyone using them these days.
I am the poster below who asked about an online biology degree. Thomas Edison has one. I'm worried that there is a "catch" aside from the known catch of it being an online school.

I got my bachelor's degree through Thomas Edison, which is now a university, fairly recently. I did not go through a frum program.
IMO it's really useful for putting together credits from all over the place to create a degree - as they accept multiple types of credits. The classes themselves are really hard and old fashioned and I do not recommend them at all.
It might have gone up a lot in price which is why people don't use them anymore.
A possibility is to take classes with labs in a local community college, clep and take online tests for whatever you only need a passing (no score) and transfer to Thomas Edison. Possibly Excelsior is a much better deal these days though... I'm not sure.

Employers and graduate schools know it is not a "real degree". If it takes 6 months to complete it cannot be compared to a standard degree.

Of course. But there are many other similar programs that frum people use. I'm asking specifically about Thomas Edison.

It did not take me six months to complete, as I took most of my classes in class. These kind of colleges only pull all the credits together.
The actual classes from TESU I do not recommend, they are much harder and more tedious than other options. There are many, many colleges that offer online options.
