College program to get quick Bachelors in Biology?

This post is being addressed to women who are okay with their kids getting the quick bachelors degrees. If that's not your thing, please don't respond.

My daughter is interested in a medical field for which she will need a Masters. The expectation is that students will have a Bachelors in Biology when applying. The frum programs that I have seen all seem to have a Bachelors in Liberal Arts, or Psychology, or Humanities, or Jewish Studies, or something like that. Yes, they can minor in biology or another science and can take most of the Masters prerequisites as part of the degree.
But I would really prefer her actual degree to be in biology or another similar science. I don't know how the Masters program(s) will react to an Bachelors in Psychology for a heavy-science program. Or a Bachelors in Judaic Studies.

Any suggestions of online quick programs that will accept all the transfer credits and CLEP's, etc, and will give an actual science degree?
