My kids love the pasta they get in school. It seems the school's pasta is oily maybe a little sweet- anyone knows how to make it that way?

When I was a kid, the "plain" pasta had plenty of oil, and salt. don't know about sweet.

My kids say their school puts cocoa and sugar into the pasta. They love it. I'm not too happy about it- empty carbs with sugar is not a lunch!

Usually it's just cooked plain without salt and a lot of oil. Maybe the brand they use is slightly sweet.
Personally I can't eat it.

All my memories of school pasta was that it was very very overcooked.
