What is the best way to lose around 5-10 pounds?
I lost 35 pounds and then I gained back a few pounds and nothing is working to lose it again.
I exercise 2-3 times a week. I tried to skip lunch because for lunch I would only eat carbs and it is not working.
Anyone have any advice.

I'm trying a spinoff of the carnivore diet tomorrow(!) It's only eating protein-fish, meat and chicken.
My bil just did it and lost over 13 pounds in 3 weeks. Idk if I could do it forever but Jordan Peterson and his daughter just does it with meat so maybe the variation will be enough for me. I'm a big snacker though so we'll see how it goes day by day

I'm pretty sure that what you mean is lose the pounds AND keep them off.... who wants to gain it back?
From my personal experience, the only way to do this is (a) to make permanent changes to the way you relate to food (which I did personally using Torah guidance) and (b) to start counting (estimating) calories (which I also did using an inexpensive food journal. Looking back, I can see that I was raised with a very non-Jewish (Greek?) way of relating to my body and to food, so developing a Torah hashkafah was a game-changer for me.

Calorie deficit thats the only way to lose weight. Calcualte your BMR and just eat less. Remove carbs from your diet. Carbs cause insulin release and insulin = fat. Starve your body of carbs and in this way your bodies fuel will be fat as fuel.
