Looking for ideas of fun activities DH and I can do after candlelighting to make it feel special and Chanukahish. Have a 1 year old who’s not really old enough to do things for yet. In previous years we’ve done Chanukah cookies, donuts etc. so trying to come up with some fresh activities for this year. Willing to invest a little time and money. Open to games, activities or anything really..thanks!

Buy lottery tickets for each other
Go for a walk and check out the menorahs burning
Have a cook off.
Do a paint night. You can find free ideas online for couple paintings you do together. Stepbysteppainting

We play a number game, it helps if you have a strong Torah background
So for each night you have to think of things with that number concept
1 - Torah, Am Yisrael... then ones like
אחת שאלתי
כאיש אחד בלב אחד
2 - luchos, shema,
יצר הרע, יצר טוב
I'm sure you get the idea, we usually do a few rounds and then play "open floor" where everyone kind of brainstorms together.
Of course you can make up your own rules!

Play Perfect Matches, Would you rather, or Let's get deep card games
Do food activity together- smores maker, waffle maker, chocolate fountain, popcorn machine, slushie or ice cream machine
Buy some small gifts and exchange-
some options:
go to the store together and pick things out
choose some adjectives from a hat and buy based off of what you picked
example: cozy- buy cozy socks/slippers/blanket etc.
connect the gift back to characteristic or trait of the other person
example: smiley stress ball- always has a warm smile for everyone you greet
