It is not ok and shouldn't have happened!!

Which part of the memory bothers you today? You deserve to heal from it

If it still bothers you after such a long time, that's all you need to know. You experienced something painful and confusing that was too much to process.

It doesn't have to matter if its officially categorized as abuse or not. You still deserve to heal.

I'm sorry!
It makes sense that you felt violated that left you feeling ich
Did she violate you physically again after that?

Good for you for cutting contact. Many times it takes a while until someone is ready to face what happened to them and heal from it.

It may or may not have been with inappropriate intentions on the teachers end, but if it made you uncomfortable those feelings of being violated are real.

"According to HuffPost writer Emma Gray, "gray relations" can be defined as "relations that feels violating even when it's not criminal"; Rachel Thompson states that "while these "experiences might not technically fall under a legal definition of s-xual assault", we "...use the term 'grey area' because we do not currently have the terminology to describe these experiences."

I know it was touch and not rpe, but looking into the concept of gray rape may feel validating to you
