Those of us who say cilantro tastes like soap: We are normal. It's supposed to be genetic.
I'm the opposite of picky eater and I can stand terrible smells too. I very rarely get a headache b"H. Not easily disgusted. But once in cooking school we had to chop a large amount of fresh cilantro. The smell was extremely pungent, it really was up my brain making me dizzy. Almost threw up.

Really don’t like rosemary or sage. Like most others. Yes cumin smells but I use it in lots of instant pot recipes.

I make my own spice mix in an empty spice container:
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Dried parsley
Mrs dash original
Black pepper
You can add kosher salt but I don't cuz DH low sodium.
I pour this in a pan. Mix with some oil and coat the chicken, potatoes and other veggies.

I don't like the shawarma spices (cumin, coriander), I think smoked paprika doesn't get the recognition it deserves, but nothing beats fresh basil. Especially in dairy.

I know white pepper is swapped for black pepper for aesthetic purposes but for some reason to me it tastes/smells like a wet dog or a barnyard. I think it may be similar to how cilantro tastes like soap to some people (I love cilantro, btw). To me white pepper and black pepper don’t taste the same at all and even when a little is used in a dish it gives it this unpleasant flavor.

I like almost all of them! Lately I've been into za'atar sprinkled on everything. I love different kinds of chile/chilli powder. I add Trader Joe's mushroom umami to a lot of dishes. And nothing beats fresh herbs.
As for least favorite, it's easy to overdo it with the cardamom - I like the flavor but anytime I add as much as a recipe calls for, it's all I can taste. So I usually halve or quarter the amount. Spices that have been sitting around too long also don't taste like much to me. And I also feel like I can never taste the difference when I use a bay leaf vs. not, although that could be because mine are too old and flavorless.
BTW for serious spice geeks, (some) Burlap and Barrel spices now have a hechsher.

I like most spices and herbs.
Some exceptions: cloves, roses/ rosewater (used in some Indian desserts), lavender.

I like most spices. But I think savory is hugely underrated. So I'm going to plug that one since I think more people should know about it. It does exactly what it says it does - it adds a savory flavor to food, and helps make other spices shine more (more the European spices than the middle Eastern or North African ones).
The ones I really don't like: lavender, cilantro, and anise.

IMO, anise, cinnamon, lavender, cardomom and (perhaps controversially) vanilla are good when used very sparingly and only with certain ingredients.
