Love so many, including garlic (though I mainly use fresh or frozen), smoked paprika. Absolutely detest fennel and really don’t like dill.

I like all spices and herbs. Can't think of one I don't enjoy. If I had to choose a favorite I'd probably say cilantro.

Garlic is definitely a favorite. And I skip coriander in recipes - I don't like a certain undertone it tends to give foods.

It's not. It's a nonsense comment.

Garlic is my least favorite spice .. looks like I’m the only one ..
Cayenne pepper is my fav. Add to everything. Makes eating healthy so much easier bec some proteins can make me nauseous so I’ll add it to eggs, tuna, salmon. The spice takes off the edge of the heavy protein flavor

Black pepper is the best spice overall, the one I would choose if I get to pick only one.
Saffron is my favorite spice outside the everyday staples. It's extremely expensive by weight compared to other spices but they sell tiny packs and you only need to use a tiny amount of it.
My least favorite spice is the type of cinnamon that has a lot of heat.

White pepper doesn't make the food grey looking. Gefilte fish stays white and white sauces stay white.

I love mustard powder.
Don't love finely ground pepper. Please only use the coarsely ground! I used to not like pepper until I switched to coarsely ground.
I do not like caraway seeds and cilantro tastes like soap to me.
