I found the other stories head scratching , especially the first one . They really thought if they declared bankruptcy their loan from a gemach is halachically forgiven?

Also it's a gemach loan. Obviously you can work something out with them. Felt all of the stories were a bit silly.

Why are we assuming it's a real psak? It seems like a fictional Rav gave a made up psak.

The October story was absolutely believable. Gambling addictions exist, personality disorders exist, etc.
