I’ve heard that if they vomit within 10 minutes of getting antibiotics, to give again. I think 25 minutes is fine, it already got absorbed in the body. I’d ask pediatrician

Did your child eat before taking it. I used to throw up if I didnt eat before taking meds. It made me nauseous

If you give tylenol and motrin for fever, the fever is already coming down half hour in. . . I do not see how this rule make sense

With many drugs it wouldn’t be terribly dangerous to give a double dose one time and better to err on getting at least one full dose in the system, especially with something like antibiotics

I once had that I vomited each time I took a certain strep medicine, don’t remember the name
I switched to the regular antibiotics and all was good
He might have a sensitivity to it..

Doc said to retake. He vomitted because he was crying really hard and he tends to vomit when that happens. He kept down the second dose bh.
