After all these meat meals I would like to try to make a turkey
I think we had much too much meat this week.
I have never made turkey before -- any no fail recipes or tips?
I prefer to make it on the stove then in the oven. (My fleshig oven is tiny)

I don't think you can make a whoke turkey on the stove, but you can make turkey schnitzels, or tacos w/ browened &seasoned ground turkey.

Are you even able to get a turkey on such short notice?
If you are talking turkey parts, that's another story.
For poulkas and wings you can do it stovetop. Breast you can also probably do in a pot. Ground turkey as a meatloaf would be fine in a small oven. Ground turkey meatballs in a pot. Shwarma and dark pieces you can stir fry in spices.
Etc.
