How often is it normal to get a raise? Some background, Been in company for almost 3 years. Since been there a lot of people have come and gone. I do work remotely and my boss will ask me ast times to do things after my hours.
I last got a raise more then a year ago and right now doing 2 peoples jobs.
What would be a normal rate and how often ask for raise?

You can ask for a raise every year on your hire anniversary. 2-3 dollars an hour is standard/ nice.
