Whats somethng thats yum and quick and easy (no long ingredient list)that I can make with a box of Fresh Mushrooms, thats healthy (no mayo, not lots of oil, etc)?

Roasted mushrooms, literally just add a little olive oil, salt and pepper and stick on the stove/in the oven

Sautéed mushrooms with onions, garlic, a little Balsamic vinegar and coconut aminos.
Serve over hummus or with meat or chicken.

I do it on the Betty crocker, first saute onions with spray oil and salt, garlic powder then add slices mushrooms, another 10-15 min. Easy and heaven

Sauté with crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper just for a few minutes. Dig in. (Or throw over a salad, or over some ready baby red potatoes).

375 oven. Mushrooms , a few squirts avocado spray or oo spray, onion powder, garlic powder, splash of soy sauce , splash maple syrup. Covered for 30 minutes, uncover for 5. Delicious by itself or topping for salad or anything.

Mushrooms goes with almost everything.
On chicken, on meat, in pasta, omelette or In any baked or sautéed vegetable.
Wash them and slice thinly. In the Betty Crocker with some maple syrup and soy sauce or coconut aminos, yum!
You can sauté ot with garlic butter and top an onion soup or dairy salad.
You can tell I’m a mushroom lover

If it’s full mushroom caps then you can fill with sauce and cheese and bake in the oven. I sometimes add Feta cheese. It’s delicious!
