Anyone has a recipe for egg drop soup? I'd love to repurpose my leftover chicken soup from shabbos. Tia

Strain the broth, should be about 4 cups.
Boil with 1 tbsp soy sauce
Beat 2-3 eggs in a cup
While bubbling, stir in eggs with a fork
