It’s freezing outside, it’s probably ok
Unless your kitchen was 75 degrees

I've seen people leave their sourdough out overnight. It's possible it overproofed but you should still Shape it and bake it. My guess is that it's still going to be good.

How many hours has it been out? I have totally left dough out intentionally to speed up the fermenting time. Just shape and bake it now.

It's fine..
Unles did it looks like the dough completely fell, or if it smells bad.
I've left it out on purpose in the past.

I do that on purpose. Just put it in the fridge until ready to.
