Anyone on here still use their service? This month, my autopay didn't go through. So I tried re-entering my card as a one-time payment, but I keep getting an error message that they cannot process the payment.
I tried chatting and calling a few times. All they keep saying is that they are working on it. But I'm afraid I'll loose my phone number in the interim. My payment was due 2 days ago.
Anyone had an issue making their payment and resolved it?
Otherwise I'll be switching out.

Yes, I had that issue last month. I chatted with them and asked them not to end my service. I also did some Google searches. Seems like some people have been having this issue and it's technical on their side. Mine ended up going through eventually.

I had it in October. My numbers stayed until they charged a week or 2 late. But I went off their service cuz of that and then the long distance stopped working and all they keep saying is that they’ll expedite the request but nothing ever happened from that
