Does anyone use this prepaid plan?
I have two lines and have been very happy. Three weeks ago I ordered a third SIM card and it still has not been shipped I called/chatted with customer services a few times and all they can say is we have expedited your order.
It’s now three weeks and the sim card has not even shipped and they already charged me for the third line.
Anyone have a similar experience. Or know if it’s worth waiting?

Have the same problem. I ordered the 5th line in August and it's still processing. No idea what to do next...

Something is up with them. I had them for 2 years and it was amazing. I ordered new SIM card in beginning of September and still never got. (Every other time I got in 3-4 days)
Also payment issues now. I’m being charged for the new line I never received and no one can help me… I’m thinking to switch away so I don’t lose my numbers if something goes really wrong

I use Tello. I have unlimited talk and text, and some data for $10, but if you choose no data, it's less- don't know offhand.

$6 is cheapest Tello with no data
I think I pay $9 for the lowest data (went up from 500 mb to 1 gb) with unlimited talk and text

If it works for hello, it should work for tello. They use the same towers.

Just got this on the phone from hello mobile (their parent company is qlink)

Your current mobile service with Q Link will expire on or around November 8th, 2024. To avoid an interruption in service, you must select an alternative mobile operator and transfer your service by that date.

If you are a Lifeline subscriber and would like to remain on the same underlying network using your current device, where coverage may be available, visit: https://www.assurancewireless.com/

You can also review other available service providers in your area at https://cnm.universalservice.org/

Oh no! Via text? My kids that have hello mobile don’t have text. I got an email from them about upgrading the network to a new sim recently but that’s it

This message came before the one about the new SIM cards. I am hoping since they will send new SIM cards they will stay open. That’s what they told me when I chatted

Many Kyoceras are locked to Verizon.
My son has one that isn't and works beautifully with Tello

Mine is unlocked and doesn't work with Tello. Service is spotty at best. It drops calls and 90% of the time the call doesn't go through the first time.

That might not be the phone but the towers where you live.
