Dentist advises pulling a baby tooth with a large cavity that will otherwise probably fall out within six months. She's also ok though with us waiting to see if it bothers him until it falls out on its own. She says he's anyway being numbed for fillings on other teeth, so just pull now. Wwyd?

You'll pay for the extraction. He will use the tooth for chewing in the meantime. I vote don't extract.

I do have a lot of experience with this... unfortunately.
If there is no fever or pain we wait it out. Never regretted that!
