Experiment with different variety of crumbs. There's panko, corn flake, pretzel, seasoned, unseasoned...
Fry it, bake it, air fry, Betty crocker..
Try new dipping sauces and new side dishes with it.

Shake cutlets with cornstarch in a bag. Dip in a mix of duck sauce and barbecue sauce and then bread with rice crispies. Fry or bake in oiled Betty Crocker. My kids favorite

Make this all the time. It's a bit sweet but my kids love it!

Dip cubed cutlets in mixture of honey, mustard, ketchup and mayo and then in crushed potato chips or honey bbq potato chips. Thread onto skewer that was soaked in water (prevents it from burning) and bake

Add to you breadcrumbs a few spoons of everything but the bagel topping or onion garlic or bbq popcorn seasoning. It adds a good twist

I just learned to do a tbsp of cornstarch mixed with panko -- makes it exceptionally crispy!

Try crushing the chili like tacos snack from Trader Joe’s. Or they have a Jewish copy in some of the stores now called Taquitos I believe.

Marinate extra thin cutlets in Italian dressing for an hr. Then bread and fry for no longer than 3 min on each side. Delicious!
