Making schnitzel in Betty crocker

does the Betty actually cook? like if I pre bread schnitzel will it cook? is it rubbery?thinking of doing on vacation.

I used to do it. It’s similar to baked schnitzel versus fried. I found it to be dry and have less pizzas but overall ok

What do you call schnitzel? For me shnitzel is patties or burgers. Breaded cutlets it's just that. So burgers I do in the betty all the time. Breaded I didn't like how it came out. I couldn't figure out how long to leave it without it getting cooked but not dried out.

I have never met anyone who defined schnitzel as burgers/patties

That's what we called growing up shniztel. First time I heard differently was when I got married and my mil was serving "shnitzel"

I only use dark ground chicken. It's alot more flavorful. It's approximately 7-8 min per side.
