but if you hold all the complaints inside of you and deny hardships which we usually express with venting and getting support
wont we plotz? wont it come out in other ways like being snappy with kids, emotional eating etc.
please explain a healthy way to do this.

Just a safe-haven discussion I hope this will remain (vs debating it)
I would reply that anyone interested should just do was resonates as a healthy avoda whoch brings them strength & inspiration, & 100%, if someone finds it burdensome, that they will be taking it out on others or it's a stress inducing thing, than it's highly inappropriate prioritizing!
Kind of like an aspect of chumras if I understand correctly, that it shouldn't be at others expense, should perhaps be private, should bring them.up not down. Basic halacha & derech eretz takes priority etc.

Kislev is considered a unique time where it is permitted to daven for miracles/above nature. We light 8, & 8 signifies above nature. There's I'm sure much more but that's a little bit of what I understand about kislev

I don’t think therapy would count as complaining as it’s part of the healing process. But I may be wrong.

If I stop complaining for an entire month, I suspect that my family will be rather worried about me... More seriously, it's something I definitely want to try on. The difficult part for me is that it sounds very black & white: I need to be one hundred percent successful and not complain even once in order for this Segula to work. However, I'm going to still try -- one day at a time; one hour at a time. I believe that the potential growth experienced from working on this is already its own Yeshuah.

According to the shiur seems like it’s specifically about complaining to HKBH, and complaining about the hanhagos of HKBH.
It’s at 16:00.
And at 21:00 in this year’s shiur ⬇️
Rabbanit Iris Odani Elyashiv
The Segulot of the Month of Kislev .

Every situation has 2 sides to the same coin. Subconsciously, people tend to see the negative first and habit is to keep focus on the negative. It's our avoida to focus on positive. For example, my child isn't feeling well or bH I have a child. Regardless of what we see, we still need to take care so the child feels better. Focus on the positive doesn't eliminate responsibility.
By focusing on the positive, people are more grateful to Hashem.
Also, what we focus on increases. If we continue as our natural inclination, we become a kvetch. Changing the focus changes us into grateful people.

No, not saying not to feel them or express them, but maybe reframe them.
So let’s say a very sick child lo- to complain is ugh, not again, she’s constantly needing to go back in to the hospital, it’s not fair, etc.
vs. reframe:
I need to take her back to the hospital, this is so difficult. (Maybe followed by: now I’ll have time to say tehillim or whatever)
So one is complaining and one is stating reality.
