This. Maybe saute with onions & mix with pasta. Or saute with onions & carrots add small bits of meat for a soup.

Soup is a good idea. Usually if I make a soup I use white, but I guess purple can work

You can saute with onion and then mix with something or just eat plain - can top it with ground meat in tomatoe sauce or mix with eggs and bake
