I'm not having carbs so oats and honey are both out but appreciate the suggestion!

Well yes. I can eat more steak than I probably need to feel full. But let’s say you eat a whole steak and are full. But if someone brings out another steak or asks if you want them to cook your another one you’d probably say no but if they offered dessert you’d likely be up for it.
