Please suggest crowd pleasing but simple to make recipes, for mails, sides and desserts, with only simple healthy natural ingredients, for YT meals. (No salads or fruits).
Im looking for basic YT foods, with a twist, that are quick and easy to make, and crowd pleasing.

4 Chicken steaks
3 onions, sliced and sauteed
1/2 c white wine
1/4 c lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Lay chicken in pan lined with parchment paper. In a separate bowl, mix wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Top with onions. Cover tightly. Bake on 325 for few hours until very soft.
French roast
Make a mixture of
Olive oil and a lot of cloves of fresh crushed garlic and rub into meat on both sides. Then using a generous amount of Montreal steak seasoning, rub into both sides of meat. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top.
Bake at 450 uncovered for 1.5 hours or until desired doneness.
