What’s a good option for a two-year-old? Something that lasts for a while

If your main consideration is lasting I'd say crocs will outlast them all.

I see my sister's little kids wearing floafers. I think they are a better fit/support for little feet than crocs and natives. And they sometimes last long enough to pass on, too.

Floafers tear pretty easily if his feet are a little wide or he has an instep.

I bought floafers for me to use instead of crocs, I work from the house and wear them majority of the day, was very disappointed that they tore within 3 weeks, BH I could return them and got my money back.
my crocs last me a couple of years each time.

Oh, I have crocs for years already (and I've done heavy yard work in them). But for a young child, crocs don't hug the feet like floafers do.

Natives usually fit better than Crocs and they last longer than a toddler staying in one shoe size . The older kids' natives wear out and can't pass down, but the younger ones I'm usually able to.

Same here. They last very long & I pass them down. My kids floafers never tore from wear. I'm wearing floafers slides for a year now, they're still in perfect condition.

It really depends on the kid. I have one kid who wore floafers for months without them ripping and another kid who ripped them in 3 weeks. They are pretty junky. They r also not good for narrow feet. They r pretty wide. They dont fit well at all.
Natives and crocs definitely last

Based on this, I’ll go with natives.
My kids first 2 pairs of floafers lasted quite well but the next 2 didn’t fare great. Glad to hear it’s not just an us issue.
Thanks everyone.

Natives lasted longer, but my kids think floafers are more comfortable (ages 4&6)

This! 100%. When my kids are very little I get supportive natives then we switch to floafers

My 2 year old constantly trips When wearing floafers. I’ve already made sure it’s not small. Anyone?

Are they too big? I rarely see a kid wearing floafers that they fit properly on them.
