Wanna get my toddler her first pair of floafers but not sure what size to even try. She's a shoe size 21. What size should I order to try?

Probably size 5. But my son's feet are too wide for floafers. Length wise the size 5 is right for him but I need to stuff his foot in.

Seems like when a size is out of stock in a certain color it's out of stock on all the sites that sell floafers.... anyone else have this experience?
