My daughter wants a kind of floafers that is not on amazon or zappos in her size. I am not a big fan of complicated returns.
How are returns to floafers through the website? Easy?

Also,
how do the floafers run? I've seen some reviews saying they run small?

Please advise - this is our first time with floafers.
