Hi,

I feel like I checked the Address in American Dream Mall's return policy very recently and it had 14 days to return. I just checked now and its 5. Am I remembering incorrectly?

I have something I bought more than 5 but less than 14 days ago and want to return. If the policy changed in that time, then I think I can ask them to honor the original policy.

Any help appreciated!!!

Was this bought in store?

Does it say anything on the receipt? It’s possible that holiday time they change their policy

Yes it was instore

I don't remember what it says on the receipt- I'll check soon. Maybe that had the 14 days listed?
