If you have a winter newborn do you take them out!? Or stay inside till they have shots? It’s rsv season but I have been taking my baby out everywhere and just leaving in the stroller.. I feel guilty that I am putting them at risk chsv but what am I to do? Other kids to take care of

Yep, been there. It’s nerve wracking.
Bundle up well with a coat, hat etc. and a footmuff for the stroller. You could also use a rain cover to protect the baby from the wind. Good luck!

Of course we need to leave house. Babys should always be dressed weather appropriate. People should keep their distanced. Which honestly in winter naturally happens nobody is getting to close to your newborn all bundled up. Unfortunately germs get around and are carried by siblings and adults I don't think staying in hibernation in the answer.

They can’t catch anything from the stroller… maybe you need to watch that not too many people hold them or come close? And that their clothes are warm enough

Yeah, of course we went out. Noone goes near a newborn either way & germs tend to be brought into the house more than caught in a stroller running errands or doing pick up.

Or the RSV vaccine.
Not everyone can breastfeed. Also, my exclusively BF newborn got RSV and landed in the hospital.
