Does she fit into an adult size XL (or other regular adult size)?

Short coats in larger sizes fit well.

I saw at gallery in bp the scotch bonnets go up to size 26 or 28 teen sizes. I’m a 2x womens and I fit in it. The cuff part was a bit tight
