My 14 yo dd needed a new coat. She wanted a short puffer jacket and only Alo brand! (after speaking to her friends no doubt).
I gritted my teeth but ordered one for $250 as a birthday present. Little did I know what horrible customer service Alo has. We had to send jacket back because it was too big for exchange for smaller one. No idea when/if they will do it.
I can dispute the charge and get her a different brand coat. Started looking online and the prices are outrageous!
Is there a popular brand that girls like that you don’t need to take out a mortgage for?

You need to read the policy before you buy. Alo specifically wrote by some coats that it's exchange for size only. And yes there are plenty of other coats, but if your daughter only wants alo or a expensive designer than it will be pricey.
