Cleaning lady stealing?

I’ve been using g a cleaning lady for years who is excellent and very reliable. Spanish speaking. She brings help sometimes (always family members like a niece or nephew). One day I found one of my rings on the grass outside my home. It wasn’t in an area my kids could reach and they don’t do that regardless. I let was the day after she came. And r was found near where she parks. I can’t think of any possible explanation aside from one of her helpers having stole it and accidentally dropped it. I do t think the main cleaning lady would’ve done it as she’s largely employed by the frum community here and knows so many of us. I never confronted her about it and found a couple other replacements who aren’t half as good. Initially I felt like I couldn’t have a conversation about it; it was just time to move on but no one compares to her! Would you have a conversation? It’s even harder since it’s her family members that I think did it. Also it’s hard because what if I’m actually wrong? Thoughts?
