Keto is pretty much gluten free and grain free. But not dairy free and definitely not egg free.
Though you don't need to eat either and still be keto.

Fruit is natures candy. In limited amounts it's good. Tropical fruits (mango, banana, pineapple...) mare very high in sugars/carbs. Having them daily in smoothies is NOT healthy.
Best are berries and cherries as they are low glycemic.

I’m interested! I’m not currently on keto but I’ve done it twice to lose stubborn baby weight. It takes 2 months to lose 15 lbs, and no, I don’t gain it back if I eat plain healthy and mindful afterwards. I’m so happy that I found something that works so well for me.
