the baby is still on low oxygen and just came home from the hospital since she had double pneumonia.. what's the reason to wait? now its the beginning of the winter season which can be ultra dangerous for her...

Speak to your pediatrician. I would vaccinate with whatever they recommend.

Exactly why you don't want to introduce anything into your baby's immune system.

Your baby has a week immune system, I wouldn't vaccinate now.

Why don’t you discuss this with a doc that can look at your child’s medical history and see if it makes sense to wait or davka yes because she may be weaker, which to prioritize.
When my dc was in a vulnerable medical situation we discussed with an infectious disease Dr which vaccines to prioritize.

Pneumococcal vaccine (protects against pneumococcal pneumonia) and Dtap (which protects against pertussis -whooping cough)
Your baby is oxygen dependent. You want to prevent respiratory illnesses that make him sicker than other kids.
I would also give Synagis (for RSV) if possible.

Is your baby home with you? Or in daycare/ babysitter?
Is your baby an only child or do you have other children that go to school?

This. Not to State the obvious but start with what diseases you want to prevent. For example, there's no polio going around so don't give polio. RSV is going around so that might be a higher priority.

We waited on some. And on the flip side gave an additional pneumococcal.
Obviously each case is different, which is why if the baby is fragile and they need direction, they should find a good Dr to review this baby’s specifics.

Does she want advice from here on such a sensitive topic? When we don’t know specifics and majority of us don’t have the full knowledge/extensive research etc. and she’s not communicating directly with posters- which may confound things even more.

Research here on imamother? Not the best idea!
Why doesn’t she ask her dr?
As the others have said Dtap and PCV
