Can anyone Shed me some light on which vaccines to start off for preemie one year old baby? or even to give is it risky?

the baby is still on low oxygen and just came home from the hospital since she had double pneumonia.. what's the reason to wait? now its the beginning of the winter season which can be ultra dangerous for her...

Exactly why you don't want to introduce anything into your baby's immune system.

Your baby has a week immune system, I wouldn't vaccinate now.

Why don’t you discuss this with a doc that can look at your child’s medical history and see if it makes sense to wait or davka yes because she may be weaker, which to prioritize.

When my dc was in a vulnerable medical situation we discussed with an infectious disease Dr which vaccines to prioritize.

Pneumococcal vaccine (protects against pneumococcal pneumonia) and Dtap (which protects against pertussis -whooping cough)
Your baby is oxygen dependent. You want to prevent respiratory illnesses that make him sicker than other kids.
I would also give Synagis (for RSV) if possible.
