I have a lot of Ricotta cheese. What can I make for supper. I usually don't use Ricotta since I don't buy it but now I got a lot from someone.

lasagna or baked ziti - I put it in the between carpools easy baked ziti (9x13) and it comes out delicious

I don't have between carpools. Is there a specific recipe to use for ricotta cheese or do you jut add ricotta in the recipe. What is the recipe that you use?

Mix a container of ricotta with a jar of marinara sauce. Mix with a box of cooked pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake.

Kosher.com has a delicious recipe I once tried for lemon ricotta muffins, if you are in the mood of dessert.....you can also just search on the word "ricotta" on there for more recipes that use it.

This is the best creamiest ziti. It calls for two 16 oz containers ricotta (32 oz total).
