Can you add eggs? either boiled/mashed or scrambled.
What about fish sticks? and french fries. Easy finger food, great lunch or dinner option.
You can also add soups for dinner if she's refusing your other options. But concentrate on proteins.
Have you tried Salmon? Chulent?
Cottage cheese also makes her stomach bad?
You can make them into latkes/pancakes.
Bread with chummus.

Can I ask what other scares you had with your baby? Maybe it's related to What's going on now.
I have kids with all types of food intolerances, feeding issues, GI issues, and trouble gaining weight.
I have a recipe for oat muffins with nut butter in it. Would your baby eat that?

I don't think it's related. We worried about potential skull and hearing issues. Bh the hearing issue turned out to be fine and the skull issue was not as bad as we thought it was
ETA yes to the recipe, I would appreciate that

Definitely change how many ounces you are giving at get way closer to 6. If baby doesn't take it well, you can see if a different bottle/nipple or cup is better. If you feel dairy upsets the system try giving a probiotic to boot.

I don't mean to scare you but my 14 months old was losing weight very rapidlyand it ended up being type 1 diabetes. Please get a fingerstick done to rule that out.

Why?
I never heard of that.
It sounds weird that the healthier version of something is not what the baby is supposed to eat. White bread has basically no nutritional value. Empty calories.

My pediatrician and many other health professions disagree with you.
Whole wheat is so much healthier than white.

Eggs can you do with butter? That’s high in fat although olive oil might be similar.
Any soups you give her same add oil, butter or margarine.
For dinner you can add mashed potatoes with butter, oil or margarine.

Plus a starch at dinner. Potatoes, rice, noodles.
If you don't want to do any dairy, add some beans. Chulent, chummus, split pea soup.
Snack. Even some flutes or a cookie. Cheerios, rice cake with a spread

Looking good!
Fyi my mornings are rushed I usually make a big thing of scrambled eggs and reheat in microwave lasts a few days in the fridge
Lunch ideas, bread with chumus, bread with peanut butter/almond butter, pasta (add oil/ butter) with a slice cheese, or egg salad/ tuna salad. rice same idea, chic peas/ peas etc I squash them a little so not choking hazard,
Dinner ideas:
Meatloaf/ meatballs, salmon/fish sticks, (add fat such as oil) grain such as barley, rice, potatoes, chulent (my babies all loved this would freeze leftovers from shabbos in small containers to always have) in my house we do a lot of veggie burgers dr prager stuff etc look for high fat ones if your interested in this.
Fyi Some of my babies tended to eat much more earlier in the day and not so much dinner time for those babies I would give leftovers of dinner for lunch and lunch was usually a lighter meal.
