If I’m not using it this week, should I feed it either way? Or will it be fine to skip a week?
I’m fairly new to the sourdough scene! Thanks!

I’ve not fed my starter for months and it was fine haha. Just discard the hooch if you want or feed it twice next week if you make to activate it

I feed it once a week regardless if I’m baking that week or not. I discard some if it gets too big

Do I feed it the regular amount? 100g each of water and flour?
I would have no idea how to reactivate it if needed! I’m still new to this whole process.

Take 5 grams starter, 20 grams water and 25 grams flour. Mix it up. Put in fridge. It'll stRt growing slowly. And next time you want to use it it'll actually be thriving instead of dead and you need to revive.
Enjoy.
