(I'm in the Lakewood NJ area.)

I've only had terrible experiences with LKWD Jobs, and I've heard that from other ppl as well.
I found a job by networking with everyone I could think of and someone knew someone who knew someone who was hiring.
I've heard good things about IZN and some other recruiting agencies but never used them.

PCS is a non profit company that helps people find jobs as a chesed.
I got my current job through them.
I found that they took the time to listen to what I wanted and only recommended jobs that fit what I was looking for. They also helped me research the companies they suggested jobs for.
Any for profit recruiting agency will pressure you to take a job they find as that's how they get paid. Not necessarily the best job or company for you.

I was very happy with IZN and Candibots. I got my job through Candibots, but both of them really worked hard to find me the right job.
